Join us in making a meaningful impact on Lancaster County's most vulnerable families. We're on a mission to keep low-income homeowners warm, safe, and dry in their homes, and we need your support.
Over the years, we've assisted more than 580 families, working hand in hand with them to help break the cycle of poverty. We focus on meeting their physical and spiritual needs, creating a holistic approach to support.
Homebuyer Projects
We've also transformed over 45 blighted homes in Lancaster City and Columbia into safe and affordable housing for first-time low-income homebuyers. Are you ready to be part of revitalizing neighborhoods, offering families a chance at homeownership, and mentoring youth and students from local high schools in lifelong building trades? Your involvement can provide invaluable experience and job opportunities for students before they graduate high school or attend local trade schools.
Our partnership with School District of Lancaster's McCaskey students with hands-on learning and experience across various trades. When we started in 2013, only 5 students were part of the program, and just one pursued post-high school employment. Today, we have annually 16 students, and an impressive 98% of them either have jobs or have been accepted into trade schools before graduation.
Camp IMPACT!
Welcome to Camp IMPACT! Here, you & your community, student or church group can actively address the challenges of urban and rural poverty, deepening your dedication to creating a positive impact. IMPACT! will support you in navigating the logistics of your Camp IMPACT! opportunity, including hosting, meals, lodging, and evening programs centered on universal values. Camp IMPACT! Sessions can range from one day to a full week, and everything in between! Our team is eager to connect with you and create an experience that will be enriching for your group.
At Camp IMPACT!, individuals from diverse backgrounds are welcome to join us, fostering a spirit of mutual respect. Our guiding principles are straightforward and inclusive:
