Impact Missions' Story
Welcome to IMPACT! Missions, a non-profit organization founded by Matthew Beaks in August 2009. Matthew left his successful career in the technology field to follow his passion for serving the community right here in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Our journey began with a one-week work camp and a Saturday workday each month. In our first year, we were able to help six residents with much-needed housing support. In January 2010, we received our 501(c)(3) non-profit status, paving the way for even greater impact. Our mission is simple but profound: to provide housing resources for those in our community who are unhoused or struggling to afford the upkeep of their homes. We believe that everyone deserves a safe and dry place to call home. Over the years, we've grown and expanded our efforts. Our impact extends throughout Lancaster County, reaching over 580 homeowners to date. |
